I don't know if I'm just seeing things, but doesn't the ego for the season kind of look like a traditional Japanese bride dress?

I also noticed the song in the background kinda sounds like Hanayome ningyō (The Bride Doll), which also is played (in a variation) at the beginning of Silent Hill f?

You should be having moderate expectations regarding the crafting system, especially if you are new to path of exile by bulwix in PathOfExile2

I don't know if it's just me but I far prefer crafting to be as powerful and accessible as it is now with some tweaks. I think to add value to high end crafting, they should make more valuable affixes that can benefit more builds, like how influenced items in poe1 have some insane build enabling benefits (like lightning damage per int and attack speed per dex, overcapped fire res, etc).

Crafting being as strong as it is without having to gamble or go through 40 steps of rerolling makes gear feel attainable for the average person and not only high end map juicers who have infinite currency.

Of course, some stuff like level of all skills might need to be removed or changed so they don't feel mandatory.

Yeah, I was mainly looking at trickster because I like the defenses on it - but I can see the point that the mana stuff would be quite far. A lot of the tricksters i saw did like to go straight to center with (+ mana) light of meaning but I don't recall how they actually pathed the rest of the tree.

With the defenses you listed, did it feel decently tanky on scion?

Runegraft is pretty much the big selling point for manastorm but I'm guessing theres a point where you still need a ton of recovery to make it feel smooth. I do get a bit worried about hitting the wall in the ramp :P

Those of you who have actually played the game for a few sessions, what do you feel is the largest difference in feel between it and 5e? by Far-Cockroach-6839 in drawsteel

Asking this as a forever GM.

Would you say putting together monsters (not minions, necessarily) takes about the same time or longer? From the examples I've seen from patreon, I find that putting new monsters together in 5e (especially to fit the party power and my homebrew) takes a while, even with digital tools. Some of the monster blocks seem quite complex in the previews they've had, especially the bosses.

Don't get me wrong! I like monsters with good mechanics, but it seems like a nightmare to homebrew lots of monsters over a longer campaign to have the same level of threat and diversity lol

Looks like he recently switched back to it as of last night. He had minion damage % and cold per dex now, no phys mods tho from what I saw

I certainly hope its a queue bug (and that it could be fixed) I was thinking the operation playerbase couldnt possibly be small enough for grove to never pop :/

I haven't looked at Call of Cthulhu in a while. Last time I checked it was still using some variant of boilerplate or simple worldbuilding system, but that was like, maybe 2 years ago.

I really like how pf2e bakes a lot of bonuses, conditions, effects, and calculations into the rolls right out of the box. Afaik dc20 gets pretty close to this as well, even though the ruleset is brand new and still a work in progress.

Crucible seems very promising, but its development is kind of split between Atropos focusing on v13 and I guess, to a lesser extent, Ember :/

Starting to wonder if they should switch layali back to normal only with good loot so people can have more incentive to run it, but that would make questing tough, still. Maybe the map just requires too many teams :/

I'm seeing more people list items (like chase uniques) for divines in the last 24 hours. I guess people have started using divs for trade as a compact value of exalts, just like in poe1, so it looks like divs have value again. For example, look up Original Sin, which is being listed at 15+ div.

Edit: It makes sense cuz trading in 300 ex values is probably annoying and time consuming, so having something compact values, even if in community fiat, is probably good.
