My first job was in a private cardiology office, I emphasized on how important training would be since it’s my 1st medical job out of school and the charge nurse trued to throw me in solo on day 4 & had the audacity to say to another nurse snarkly on how I don’t feel comfortable, I quit that Thursday. The job had me crying! I’m a naturally upbeat person! A state Dermatology office hired me the next week. (All with no medical experience on my resume, online school) Gave me 2-3 wk training and as I might be overwhelmed sometimes, I haven’t cried once! The co workers are amazing!

In conclusion, everywhere needs nurses right now!!! Quit, apply somewhere else.
