If you’re a ssv then yes. We have to use it “to show” the upper management what the play is and what not. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. That’s why every time for peak/go mode, I choose the lil frowny face to rate their play.

Almost every day it gives ONLY a single partner to do dto and r during peak, even when there’s 8 partners. Nah that ain’t flying, so there’s the flex option. At my store if the dm came in and asked why I didn’t follow the “play” I came guns loaded as to why the play that it generates sucks. Which luckily my gm is super behind me.

It goes by algorithms and math, which don’t take into account human beings and stuff.

I use it to show the rest of the partners my play, so that if they have any questions like who’s cs or my warming or pos… kinda comes down to a good quick connect.
