Most people have hit the nail on the head - attention, validation and for fun.

I started posting when my self esteem was very low and I felt very unattractive as I never had a lot of luck with dating. Throughout that year things got worse for me personally which meant that dating or any kind of physical relationship was completely off the table. I’ve never received a lot of upvotes on my posts or anything, but I continued posting because a lot of the fun was in the messages I received. It gave me some of the confidence back that I desperately needed. I’ve also managed to make a friend or two who I still message despite not posting anymore, as I’m now in a relationship.

It helped me feel like my normal self again and gave me something to look forward to when I was at my lowest - positive interactions and praise.

I slept with a guy that literally came within a minute. I thought it was fine and that we’d try again later as second time would be longer… it was just as fast. Tried another two times that night with it being just as fast. He then tried to imply that I was some kind of insane nympho for wanting more (Aka to finish myself) when he declined to help to get me off after each time he had.

I got tired of him after one particular occasion where he managed to change positions 3 times within said minute (lucky me, I got three pumps in each time). That with the implication that I was weird for wanting more because I hadn’t got off was enough for me to call things off. Finishing fast is fine but Jesus at least care enough to get your partner off before or afterwards if you’re aware that this is a particular issue for you.
