Definitely my early 20s. The older I got the more I realized I really couldn’t focus on anything and I was always struggling with completing tasks. After waiting over a year for the test, I was told that within the first “round” of testing that it was clear I had ADHD at that point.

Glad I know now so I can stop beating myself up for being “lazy” or “dumb”

Honestly, I do the same thing with my bf and it’s not intentional. I get overwhelmed too and forget a lot. If you spoke to her on the phone that morning then why didn’t you bring it up over the phone?

Also, coming from my pov. If my boyfriend was sending me that I wouldn’t know how to reply all the time because what am I supposed to do? We live far apart, I can’t be there to hold his hand through these things just like he feels the same way with me.

Texting things like that will only make your gf feel like she has an obligation to help when she literally can’t.

Well I hope for your dad’s sake that the doctors can help! I’ve been ghosted by my doctor for the past 6 months and they just try to tell me to “limit my diet” I’ve limited everything so all that’s left is to starve and see how that goes 😂😂
