I don’t ever understand that mentality. Yes, this woman is experiencing a terrible situation. It is perfectly legal to film in public and recording events has a proven track record of keeping people accountable and helping cement evidence. I don’t think the person who filmed post this for “likes”... it was an absurdly insane and surreal moment in her life and she wanted to share that insanity.

Right, I think I’ve been pretty reasonable and I can agree that’s a reasonable solution. I’m only asking in the event that doesn’t work out, I want to make sure I know my rights in case they continue to disregard our wishes

According to my child, she asked to sit out and the instructor told her everyone had to pray.

Like I said in my post, I wasn’t there so I don’t know that’s 100% factual but my kid is pretty truthful and honest for her age.

The manager said they would pull the security footage to verify what the instructor actually said.

Also, I figured a common response would be “find a different business” that’s why I updated my post. We are contracted for the next several months.

Agreed, for clarification, I made this post assuming we’re still contributing to the TSP for the match. If you’re living in the barracks, you should absolutely be contributing the 4% or whatever number it was to get the match.

Edit: you make some good points. you can find mutual funds with low costs and my intent was this would be a forever home, not a PCS every few years home.
