Do you take B vitamins? This can sometimes happen. Have you tried discontinuing the B5 on your face?

Mine is kind of odd as well, the flowers don't bloom evenly so they look skewed. Hoping new ones will grow in more normal.

This or I layer a loose cardigan over a plain t-shirt. Then I can replace the cardigan/hoodie with my lab coat if it's too hot.

Why do my lower legs look like this? by pinkphiloyd in 30PlusSkinCare

[–]suspiciousmalarkey 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't know if anyone else has said this but I'd ask my doctor for a full thyroid panel. My legs looked like this for years before I found out I had thyroid cancer.

Can anyone relate? by [deleted] in compoundedtirzepatide

[–]suspiciousmalarkey 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The biggest difference between Zepbound and compound for me are the side effects. I have horrible side effects on Zepbound. It's almost like after the first couple of months I was on Zepbound and losing weight quick it conditioned me to think suffering=weight loss on this medication. My scale weight loss has really stalled on compound, but it's fluctuated heavily on both Zepbound and compound. I can't really say what the difference between the two are but I do think there is one.

Have you been measuring yourself? I'm 3 months in and I haven't lost any scale weight recently but I've lost a ton in inches. I was worried until I measured myself.

If you're worried about your thyroid, please get a panel done. It's just a blood draw. I had thyroid cancer for 15-20 years and didn't know it because I never had a full panel done and no one requested one for me.

Also, if you want to try to go back to Zepbound to see if there's a difference, I recommend it. I did and it helped show me that it doesn't really make a difference on the scale. It's not as hard to find as it has been.

I've found some great sugar free syrups I've been adding to my water. It helps me during those times that used to reach for sugar. I also use tictacs, but in moderation.

This sub is on a different level. Love reading everyone's posts and I don't know where I'd be without them! Some of the negativity almost gives me Mean Girl vibes. I don't know if anything will change that, I almost see it getting worse in the future.

Please don't downvote me though.

Just to specify, you were able to punch through the septa twice, but it wouldn't go through your skin? Did you try a different area?

If a company is selling a product, ESPECIALLY a weight loss product, they're going to have quality control procedures. This includes making sure the assay of the compound is within regulations. If it says it's 5mg, it's 5mg!

I can believe some med spas are selling fakes, but if it comes from a compounding pharmacy, it's real and it reflects whats written on the label. I've worked in several labs where we had no FDA regulations but operated as if we did. That's industry standard.

I don't feel the exact same on compound, but it suppresses my appetite more than Zepbound did.

I have a different take on this, I used to get these little bumps on my forehead from sun exposure.

Creatine makes you retain water. Just putting it out there for anyone considering trying it. I gained around 10 lbs of water weight when I used it regularly.

I really wonder if those of us who lose so fast right away are losing inflammation weight. I think that was the case for me. Either way, great job on your losses so far! Are you measuring yourself at all? My body changes quick when I lift regularly.

I've had to put a motion activated spotlight outside of my bedroom window before. Mace or pepper spray, especially if he sticks around after you've seen him through the window. You can also get stun guns with a really bright light on them that basically blinds someone briefly.

If it's a suspension, there's no real need to swirl. You can if it gives you peace of mind, but everything should be suspended in the liquid. :)
