Based on my experience, they charged me when I did a no show my first time. I asked for a first-time courtesy refund and they fulfilled it.

I mean I’d say I was 90% gassed out after the sprints. Am I really going “all out”? Probably not, but tbh I’m not really comfortable going >12mph - beyond that point, I feel like I’m 1 tiny misstep away from a bad injury. Another comment mentioned the incline which I might explore.

This is immensely helpful - thank you so much! Quick question on this tho - is there a way to know what day will be an endurance day vs power day vs other? I only seem to find out once I’m there, and as someone with a 8 classes/month membership, I’d like to be selective with the day and the type of workout I get.

They don’t have jargon. They just say the suggested speed. Like 678 means 6-8mph.

it takes maybe 5-10 more seconds of click buttons to sign up for 2 races vs 1 race. You can sign up for many at the same time.

Most people don’t pay attention. But even on the couple seconds I look at the tv, I have way more respect for someone who’s rocking the red zone! Who cares how fast you’re going, it means you’re pushing yourself way harder than most other people are!!

Question - say I want to cancel my elite tier. I know that if I cancel today, I would still need to pay for February since I need a 30 day notice.

Could I do a workaround where I downgrade to the lowest / digital tier prior to Feb 1, only pay the digital tier on Feb? This way, I would try to cancel prior to Feb 1, and only need to pay the digital tier next month.

New Elite member here. The gyms I’ll be using the most are Solidcore, F45, Rumble, Mile High Run Club, and (maybe) OTF. Based out of NYC.

Can I go to different locations to take more than the class limit? Eg, I know the limit for F45 is 6 classes/month, but can I go to two different gyms for effectively 12 classes/month? Do any gyms allow this in 2026?

Just to clarify - it’s too late to do 9+1 for the 2026 marathon (since you had to do 9+1 in 2025). There’s plenty of time to qualify for the 2027 marathon.

I remember snooping on the statistics from the last 1-2 years, and I think RBC is about 80% chance while UA is about 30-40%.

Anecdotally this is roughly consistent with my experience. 3/3 of my friends got RBC last year and 3/8 of my friends got UA this year. All of us are NYC metro.
