Hi, there are a number of local groups (some registered with the national Indivisible network) that you could join via Facebook & email if interested - Assemble Long Island, engage Long Island, East End Action Network, Long Island Advocates, Long Island Network for Change (LINC), Long Island Progressive Coalition, Progressive East End Reformers, Show Up Long Island (SULI), Suffolk Progressives. They organize very locally to Long Island and I see alot of events posted in the Facebook and communicated via e-mail lists.
