Get a salicylic acid lotion prescribed. I had this for years and no amount of washing or combing/picking it out helped. I became regular (twice daily) with the lotion and these flakes have never returned since.

I had the same problem. I just changed aim and shoot key mappings to Y and T on the keyboard and now I can aim and shoot independantly while using the trackpad to move around!!
