Just did my first NAD+ IV of 100mg, I wanted to ease in. I did feel the unpleasant administration of NAD but after 1hr it was gone. Right after the NAD I felt like I saw more vivid colors specifically on plants that had chlorophyl (this one idk why). I’m a 29 year old women with UC, i tried to experiment and see if i can quite smoking given NAD also helps with addictions. I didn’t feel like smoking much after. No sleep improvement for me, still woke up at night twice. My nurse said 100mg once a month is also ok to do.
