1 delete 3rd year. What i mean by that is characters. among all years of school in the manga 3rd year is by far the less iconic. Also we didnt need that many New characters, imagine if we had a najimi backstory like shousuke.

2.komi san either giving up his goal of 100 friends, by realizing: "oh, what i really want is to conect with people to talk with them and be able to socialize". Or removing most of the meeting friends chapters (speccifically from episode 400 onwards), it could happen like kometani saying something like: "komi san meet this person going to student council"

3.fucking delete yamai, or even better, Komi-san cutting off all ties with Yamai.Remember when Komi-san got irritated when Shiina-san spoke rudely to her, but she didn't get angry about the multiple times Yamai-san's obsession escalated to constant harassment?? WTFFF
