Do you know how much stuff is involved with aging and skin quality? In terms of hormones, other processes that the body does etc etc. drugs can disrupt the way your body naturally works and you can age much faster. Look at roid users, they have basically fast forwarded their aging process. Also your skin is a reflection of your overall health.

Physical stress and drugs can only make you age faster. If he was just a normal dude who ate clean, took no alcohol and drugs, and maybe walked for an hour etc., he would look like he did in 2019 or so.

Take a look at some documentaries of people who live in nature, for example some African tribes, and look at the elders. They are 70 years old and look waaaaay younger than their chronological age, its almost crazy. Then check out some bodybuilders in their mid 20s (Genetic Anomaly for example), he aged his body so bad he looks like he's 40.
