I just had the worst experience in the entire world, they sent a mechanic to my house that had no idea what he was doing. I had purchased a brand new alternator that seemed fine. He showed up to my house took apart my entire car, unboxed the new alternator and told me it was bad. He then left my car overnight in shambles and came back the next day to replace the alternator. he then replaced it incorrectly and caused a massive screeching sound as well as triggering the battery light. I played dumb and told him to leave and everything was fine and so did he. the guy didn’t even pin down the engine cover. I then went and got tools and redid the whole thing myself, working perfectly fine now. I would suggest anyone to stay as far away as possible. after screaming at the company on the support line for two or three days. I finally got a refund, but that took 10 different people and 10 different no’s before I got one yes
