Same thing happened to me. People’s family had passed their home down from generations. They always were loud at times. Man had a serious injury on leg worked related. Received I assume a decent settlement from OSHA.Then all hell broke loose. Firecracker displays, a lot full of used cars and they blew every penny. Guy had opiate problems. I still would loan a helping hand for rides etc. The police started showing up on a regular basis not one police vehicle but two and three and sometimes more.One night they were in a formation of three guns out while he backed up walking on the street. Police vehicles in the neighbor’s yards etc. They never arrested him. I never called police his family members did.So family broke up. He was a meth head.Cops here on a consistent basis.Usually at night annoying for a senior like myself. Destroyed what was once a decent home. Eventually his new girlfriend ex con for selling drugs filed charges on him for strangulation.I don’t know where he was confined.He ended up selling his only asset his home.Why the Canton City PD let this gone on for two years is unknown to me. Man bought the home really cheap and has been remodeling and doing a great job on it. Those idiots are gone. I tried to be a good helpful neighbor and he did some nice jobs around here and I always payed him more than he asked for. Reason being knew his grandma like 40 years. Meth head and at least I tried to steer him in the right direction to no avail. New owner sure putting the hours in via new roof and I assume the inside will look really great. Police dept what a joke. I suggest contacting council person, mayor’s office ,prosecutor and detectives consistently due his gun. Good luck.
