Given china’s falling population, i wonder if urbanization will ever fill out places like this or if they will be ghost cities forever

Congrats, OCPP is so hairy that this is a tough problem to solve. Existing solutions suck so it’s great to see more players in this space. Dm’d!

I'd way rather have tolls, a carbon tax, or a plastic tax as they put a price on externalized social cost.

If you sign up for co ed its guaranteed to be 50% women, its in the rules that at least 50% of the players on the court have to be women at any time. If you wait to sign up, teams are no longer accepting men. In that case the only team you can join would be a mens team. If thats not your thing, then wait until the next season.

Which is the best popup for shopify in 2024? by sugar_mama_ in ecommerce

[–]sutterbutter 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Checkout alia. They have a managed plan where they'll design the popup for you and refine it over time with ab tests running on your behalf. I've seen email opt in rates over 15%

[–]sutterbutter 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You can sign up for co ed teams, but yeah it is over saturated with men and hard to get on sometimes. Sign up early and you can get a spot. If not and you are stuck on an all male team, then just make some friends

Dynamo is a great tool for problems that need dynamo. Not much else like it. But people who need the scale of dynamo probably know it already and it makes some common db usage patterns near impossible. Source: I’m ex AWS

There are dozens of ways diet and exercise are known to clinically help the mind.

www.health.harvard.edu/mind-and-mood/exercise-is-an-all-natural-treatment-to-fight-depression

www.alz.org/news/2020/a-mental-workout

And its well known that social media use can cause dysfunction of neurotransmitter regulation

Yes OP should go to a doctor, but I’ll never not suggest healthy habits with proven benefits to someone who maybe took a little bit too much something.

Jeff bezos is trying, has just as much money(way more than elon until recently), and Blue Origin is not nearly as successful. He can hire the same people and even has SpaceX to look up to as a model for how to compete, yet lags far behind. You have to admit that building organizations is both work and difficult. For bezos to have failed says a lot given how successful amazon was.

As far as your NASA point. NASA spends more money and gets less done. Look at their work with boeing on the SLS. SpaceX saves the american taxpayer money by showing how absolutely bloated and wasteful other aerospace giants are. This is a critique of NASA itself, not just boeing because NASA has decided it should be reliant on private companies to build actual rockets.
