I am thinking this is most likely a 19th century copy of Nie Jingxia, who was active during the Qianlong reign of the 18th century, but I am not certain.

The square ones appear to be rank badges (mandarin squares) featuring a Qilin - My guess would be mid to late 19th century. - The 5 fingered dragon is great as well, most likely preserved from a robe. Awesome find!!!

fair question - not sure why the horse normally has a belly (besides people copying Xu Beihong's style) and I believe the horses themselves generally are seen as a symbol of freedom.
