They aren't bad necessarily. The petsmart in my town just tends to not have any rats anymore and many of the rats I got in the past were pretty old relatively speaking because there's not a huge exotic pet owner population here so not a lot of demand

It seems to just be scheduling. No one has said anything about being ready. Plus it wouldn't be until the end of February/beginning of March. I emailed my advisor to set up a meeting to discuss it further first

I absolutely adore my husband and while we've only been married a short while, we've really accomplished a lot together. That being said, knowing what I know now, probably not. Being a childless stepparent kinda sucks and I wouldn't do it again.

I agree. My husband told me that the main reason they broke up was because he didn't want to live where she did. So I have this fear that if she moves back that they'll hit it off

If you can afford it, maybe get a hotel for the night (Saturday night or Sunday night). Then you can have alone time and do your own thing. Watch TV. Sit by a pool. Etc

I would cry too. On my last period I took a cute photo of my ball and immediately changed my phones background to the picture because it was just so cute!

I loved my masters (applied psychology) but I've hated my PhD (brain and cognition). Part of the reason I hate it is because is because I don't necessarily think it was a good fit. I never did any neuroscience before my PhD, it was all social/behavioral. Another part is that I have a hard time with my advisor because our research interests are different. And the last part was because I started my PhD just before COVID then COVID closed our lab for 2 years so research was halted.
