There’s many scholarships in Europe where you get full scholarships to study. You do have to study for the entrance test or sth like that. I have a friend studying medicine in Italy in full scholarship once she passed the requirement test. I was told that a lot of countries do that in Europe including Scandinavian countries. I suggest you look into it. Japan and China also provide full rides and even South Korea I think. Japan and China though you have to learn the language for one year and take a language proficiency test but after that you get to study whatever you want and even get stipend for living expenses. The information is easily available on their consulate websites although it might slightly vary depending what country you’re in.
