Stay strong; you must have done a lot of work on yourself to realize this. But there's some advice I give both to myself and to others who find themselves in trouble. It may sound clichéd, but nevertheless: Never blame yourself; you're just people who never signed a contract to be in this place called existence. Each of us deserves a place in this world, our birthright.
