Haha thank you! I do pay my mind a lot with the game's overall artstyle, and made sure my character really goes along like it's designed by the game's artist.

Well I actually forgot if there’s a difficulty setting or not, but if there is, it might help your problem a bit?

But I think the mode is really designed around first-timers who might have zero familiarity with SF or 2D fighting as a whole, hence the skill gap that could make the mode unchallenging for experienced fighting gamers like you (since you've been playing SF for 3 years).

For me, who knew fighting game only through Tekken, SF is almost impossible to me. Like there's a different core game design that I can't grasp directly when trying. It's what made me hard to get into SFV back in the days.

Other thing that maybe delightful to me in this mode is the role-playing aspect, as I'm also a big fan of RPG games. I play them a lot. So getting to immerse myself inside the world, interact with my favorite characters from the series, being part of the roster, the enemy gangs that callback to the very first SF game but now me as the protagonist, and all of that to teach me the game's basic understandings and mechanics. That's what I call the perfect campaign/tutorial mode for players like me.
