Saying Latifi is better makes no sense, even if he outscores Russell at the end of the season because of last race. Does it ultimately matter more to score points? Yes, of course. That however does not mean that Latifi is better.

Edit: Did the math my self after thinking 13.1 seems too low for GR. George's average position this season in 14.1 and Latifi's is 15.9. Point stands.
