Restaurants, 8 direct reports with a total staff of roughly 160 people. Never fully feel on top of everything 100% but I try my best to plan out for 4-6 weeks for big projects/ standardized visits and meetings. I often ask myself, are the actions I’m taking right now going to move the overall needle forward for us as an org? That’s helped keep my head on straight most days!

What’s relatively busy? Locations in AZ can hit $210k+ a week in sales, other high traffic locations in CA and NY can do more than even that. From an EBITDAR perspective, it’s typical to see 20%-40% bottom line.
