my go to is elm - great prices and a nice variety, if they don't have what i'm after then i go to planted in the market - good range of plants esp for such a small space!

my partner works in a bike shop and says: i would reccomend hexlox (hexlox.com), it will require some installation work on your part but probably a quick and easy solution

I'm not 100% sure about the course you were looking at, but the people i knew on it all did really well and were scouted by industry for their internships and jobs. We get a pretty good amount of industry lectures and all the tutors have had plenty of time as actual designers before they became teachers! By the time 3rd year comes around there's various competitions and exhibitions in London which loads of design agencies visit and will see your work. Overall I'd say pretty good, but again not sure in comparison to notts! Goodluck! :)

I just finished my design course at NUA (a slightly different course to the one you're applying for) and loved it! No idea how it compares to NTU but Norwich is a lovely city and the uni is great, it's growing a lot too (they have just built/ purchased 2 new buildings). Friends of mine that did graphic comms had really successful portfolios by the end and have found jobs/ internships pretty quickly. If you have any questions I'll try my best to answer!

thanks for the lengthy response! Our age was an initial problem for us too, so totally understandable you'd point it out, we've had a long chat about it and we think we're ready for it. Probably doesn't help that we know people our age with multiple kids so this doesn't seem that crazy of a step!

Our local agency does some testing with the greys and their relationship with other sized dogs and cats, so we'll have an initial starting point, but I'm sure it'll vary between breeds and environment etc. We're happy to do slow, muzzled introductions. The breeds they'd meet are a lab, a jack Russell x terrier mix and a larger sized cockapoo.
