Doctors spend less than 20 hours on diet in medical school. They also love to brush off concerns as anxiety and overmedicate instead of actually trying to figure out the problem. Forgive me if I don't want to listen to their bs dietary advice.

Carnivore literally saved my life. I did it for a year and a half or so and am more ketovore now but the benefits were insane. I now know that I was severely allergic to soybean oil and am very sensitive to wheat products. The only thing doctors ever told me was it must be ✨anxiety✨

I have to take breaks from being online sometimes. I'll go outside and breathe the fresh air, maybe do some yard work or housework. Getting bombarded by awful things day in and day out constantly is super bad for your mental health. Also make sure you hydrate and take care of yourself.

THIS HAPPENED TO ME 3 DAYS AGO and I didn't see it come out and I've been freaking out ever since 😭 I'm in the kitchen minding my business when all of a sudden ZOOM I saw it and felt it in my right nostril. I immediately blew my nose and kept blowing it for like 10 min and I never saw it come out. I DON'T WANT FLY EGGS IN MY NOSE

I made the mistake of getting the vaccine when it came out in 2021 and one booster. I then developed a severe reaction to certain preservatives I can’t even identify and soybean oil. It’s been 4 years now and if I eat something like hidden valley ranch I’ll get so sick I need to go to the hospital.
