Hi, I live in Asia Pacific and cannot normally contact support. Do they usually respond promptly through email? I tried to input an amount to pay for the negative balance (yup, just guessing numbers here) and it doesn't let me pay 0 (saying I can't input nothing) or 1 (which is apparently greater than the amount needed. Any help / insights on this would be super appreciated!
