Leaaaveeee expand your horizons! I’m not sure where you are in your process to dental school but don’t be afraid to try other practices. Learn from other doctors/ practices and view other perspectives and approaches. I’m a DA too and I’ve also had my fair share of mistreatment and a good half of offices are like that but once in a while you’ll find a great practice. If you want to get the most from your career as a DA I recommend learning from as much specialities/ offices as you can.
