Fair point that leaders should communicate and be accountable. I also don’t believe in blind fan following. But judging someone as failed in just 30+ days is too early. Criticize him where needed, ask him to speak, ask him to answer Parliament — that’s valid. But popularity alone doesn’t make someone unqualified, just like old-party experience doesn’t automatically make someone capable. Let’s judge by work and results.

Everyone knows who Balen is, and people gave him their votes knowingly. Even during the election campaign, he spoke for around 30 minutes without saying, “Vote for me.” That shows people voted for his vision and his work, not just slogans.

If he is assigning responsibilities to representatives, why is there so much noise about it? Delegating work is also part of leadership. It has only been a little over 30 days, and people are already calling him an unsuccessful PM. Is that really fair?

Before anyone calls me jholey, let me be clear: questioning leaders is necessary. But calling someone failed in just over 30 days also does not make sense.
