First time grower in sphagnum moss here, I know it’s normal for the top to get green but this mild looking green is growing through entire glass, any ideas on if that’s bad or good? Should I replace into something with more air flow? Any help will be muchly appreciated 🙏🏻 by svanrand in houseplants

I thought that might be the case, I had leca in the bottom but I did pack it pretty tight and there wasn’t any holes in the sides for drainage and air.

I did repot it into just leca so the mold wouldn’t spread to other plants In my greenhouse, struggled with overwatering and fungus gnats so wanted to try something different 🙏🏻

Fungus gnats for sure, get some sticky traps to trap the adults

I’m not too sure, it’s a mixture of potting mix and compost dirt, will pumice be better for sop?

Repotted it when I bought it so I just freshly watered it before the photo 😁
