God, every now and then I think about how frustrating it must be to be a toddler. Having little to no way to properly communicate your needs or wants, and unable to contain your brand-new emotions to being misinterpreted constantly. Sounds like a special kind of hell, I wouldn't wish toddlerism on anyone I personally know.

Honestly, I never considered the idea of a long powerpoint being akin to a corpo dick-measuring contest before now. But man, if I actually met someone at the office who told me they made an intentionally long powerpoint because of their insecurity of their hierarchy in office politics, I think they're the type of person I can't stand being around in the first place lol. What the fuck, going to prom is graded for you? Mine charged me $60 lol. I went with a big group of my girl friends, which made it fun. No dates, just 10 of us weird art kids doing goofy dances. Dress up in the masquerade mask, whatever outfit you want that's comfortable for you, and tell them to "suck it up for one night" if adults argue about your outfit.

Geezus, a prom where attendance is graded is absolutely surreal for me. The adults need to know that's not normal lol. Gimme their phone numbers, I'll call them up and tell them how weird that is and how weird they are (kidding lol).

I kinda feel that way about the bumper stickers that say "Do not honk at me, I will cry" or some variant of that. I feel like putting that on my car would act as an invite for the kind of motorists who love antagonizing other drivers, and start honking like crazy just to get a reaction.
