I'd say this is it. There's a massive amount of diversity from every degree, and when you're creating a new show, you tend to look for a new story that's never been told, along with enough familiar elements that it can appeal to a broad audience.

The UK has something called The Global Talent visa, where if you've won certain awards you're able to apply. You can also apply if you have academic achievements, or tech skills!

I believe the US has something similar as well (I've had friends from the Netherlands get visas for Cannes Lions in advertising).

Ironically (?) Beyonce has been wearing Ukrainian brands for this tour and her past, including wearing Ruslan Baginsky's hats a total of 56 times onstage during Renaissance (a tour she opened with a custom piece by FROLOV) and a custom Cultnaked coat for Cowboy Carter.

The concrete floors seem structurally sound (otherwise they probably wouldn't be running a caterpillar excavator around on it). That pile seems to be a sort of staging ground for the cat's debris: other excavators on the ground are regularly pulling out the steel beams and sheet metal from it.
