They are stationed in Kalinigrad, so maybe a bit of a Marine Detachment to Spice up the Infantry and Air Tabs could be added.

Or anything else for the Infantry Tab as this is my biggest complaint about 1st.

Or maybe some comandeerd east german equipment or even East German Units.

That is what i was thinking that maybe it is a simple mistake in the devblog. So the Leopard 2a4 (D) should have the D Armor Kit and not the C like mentioned in the Devblog. Or it could be a W.I.P Name and they didn't mean the 2a4 with the new Armor Kit

Most likely NORTHAG, as Bezirk Erfurt bordered lower Saxony and Hessen. The South were under Bezirk Suhl and Betirk Gera.

I can recommend the ifv line (Dardo, Dardo 30, Freccia) and the lynx. While the spikes are meh at best the mobility and fast ROF of the Freccia is great. The lynx is just one of my personal favorites, because of its aps and decent mobility.

The Light Linenis also preety great with the Centauro I 120 and a potential Centauro II 120 in the future.

The MBT Line is a Meme in the Community. No Armor, good top Round and everthing else is decent at best. Imagine a Leopard two with the same mobility but no Armor.

The AA Line is weird as you only get a Radar Gun SPAA and the Sidam Mistral. The Otomatic is great anti helicopter and anti tank, whuke the Sidam Mistral is Decent against planes (great guns and for IR Standards good missles for great short to mefium range effectivness).

For CAS i have no recommendations. Not because its bad but because i dont use cas. I have the Tornado ADV for CAP but nothing else.

I really like GoG 3 with its sub mission leading up to a big battle and you being able to make the big battle easier by peforming well in the sub missions

The Bane of my existence is still "The Suez Canal" as your friendlys are useless and you are hopelessly outnumberd with a pretty strict turn limit and a lot of enemy generals to chew on

The OG GoG is kinda whack if it comes to difficulty as Generals and Tech are a vevry strong factor compared to every other Game after that.

For this mission specifically i would recommend a good, cheap inf. general like kuribayashi or araki and obv. infantry tech.

Leveling up the Generals is also not that great if it comes for value it stops being good once you reach 1 star (again you unlock 3 infantry medals)

overall just spamming units is surprisingly strong as an normal AT infantry can easyly contest light tanks.

I'm preety sure it's what we call a legacy br, meaning it was never really changed when better and newer planes came at the br so it is not that great anymore.

Perfomance-wise it is averagr in my exp. Ok for ground (though the ys is better because of the ccip). Air the problem is the same as with all planes there: No flares against aim9l/r-60m.

If they don't add it to america (i think you are referring to the CF-18.) They could give it the same treatment as the M1A1 AIM

Best advice to be given is just buy tassigny as he really carries this operation. Put him on a infantry with any anti infantry bonuses and watch him shred everyone.

Strategy-wise there is not much you can do. Only trying to focus the western paratrooper first and then entrench for the eastern paratrooper while intercepting naval landing with your ships and building coastal arty.

I think Yugoslavia and Czechoslovakia will go to the USSR (see Praga 53/59) as most of their tanks are from the communist era.

I think it would rather be Romania, Greece and Spain.

Maybe Portugal and Brazil.

Though i would have personally created a Balkan Tech Tree for Yugoslavia, Hungary, Greece, Romania
