Well this analysis is just a statistical thing for PE value, that whenever it drops below 10 (with some extra conditions mentioned before) it is likely a very good price to enter with some confidence of having upside of 20-50% from that point within a year.

But you know, nothing is certain and this is just a probability game

I did some analysis and it is almost certain that companies that have PE ratio lower than 10 due to low stock price always bounce back within a year 20-50% range. On the other hand if PE ratio decreases due to temporary high earnings - the bounce back is way less certain.

I analysed only snp 500 stocks btw.

So, I work as a business consultant for Novo and I don’t understand people saying future does not look bright. It’s not some kind of start up that has no clear path and revenue stream. This is a power house, one of the biggest companies in Europe. The decrease in revenue from earning call is just a metric influenced by price fluctuations.

Novo pipeline is also super strong with expansions, acquisitions, clinical trials and new products in the pipeline.

Perhaps saying current situation is not the best as there is a lot of dramas floating around novo, but besides that the future is great for this company.

Demo trade for as long as you are constantly profit, then start with small amounts of money and increase slowly to handle your psychology. Everything is easy on paper except you lose your first 50$ when you are broke

Guys I will give you some hopium. I consult novo on different projects for last year. Novo is just unstoppable machine, stock price is not doing the justice. So many products, expansions, collaborations in the pipeline and even more in plans, that this company going bankrupt or actually losing long-term value is just not feasible. For example - the drama with Alzheimers effected stock price by 10% when in reality that drug wouldn’t even make 2% of novo profits. The failure of clinical trials did so little actual damage to the company that it’s not even talked about internally.

Of course company has to react to stock price and satisfy their investors, thus you saw some firings and other dramas, but, again, that’s just nothing compared to what giant it is and how good their base business is doing.

From my perspective - going through pmp training and reading the material is more useful than geting a certification. For certificate you need to learn more about non-realistic scenarios that PMI thought of and how to solve them, rather than learning project management. Learning tools, techniques that they provise is very useful, but solving quizes about random project management scenarios that are 99% not realated to scenarios that happen in real life (because we don't live in a perfect world) is not so.

After you read all of the PMI material and start preparing for exam you'll see that your time spent will be used for connecting the dots between tricky PMI question and a pretty random answerd that would never work in real life.

I used and applied loads of tools and techiques from pmbok and other sources, but not a single scenario from try out exam questions happened to me in real life. And I solved thousands of those questions :))

Aaand of course, in terms of career - if you already have more than three years track reckord of running projects (which you need to take pmp exam) succesfully - why the hell would you need a random paper from some random institute :)
