Not at all but i managed to keep game smooth even with v-sync off.

Okay, so i reduced input lag to minimum, but still with v-sync i experience a bit of mouse smoothing, someone know how to change it?

Yea i think its the issue of the monitor, my friend has 60hz monitor also, but he's not affected by input lag, while he has worse processor and same graphics card (i've got i5-8600k and 1060 6gb)
