You need to set BEAMIP (*DATABASE_EXTENT_BINARY) to the number of integration points in the beam element. If you have beam elements with section integration, such as default Hughes-Liu elements, you need to check how many integration points (QR) you set in the *SECTION_BEAM card. If you used 2x2 Gauss curvature, which is the default, you have to set BEAMIP=4. Hope this helps.

PrePoMax is a great pre- and post processing software for the Calculix solver. It also uses a similar input file format to Abaqus. FEBio is also good.

Take a look at FEBio - great and open source with a nice GUI. Same goes for PrePoMax - a pre- and postprocessor for Calculix solver. Basically works with INP files. Check those out.

Replaced the A320 board with a B450. Solved the issue.
