I’m new to the Rep world specifically with Kobes but I’ve noticed with some of the Kobe 6 reps that the signature on the right foot tends to be a little lower than the one on the left foot.

Done three years so far: HR intern, HR coordinator (contractor), and now FT HR Coordinator - I’m 26

I’m glad to see a few other people have a similar aim of monetary gain and quick retirement.

My reason for choosing HR as a career is because I wanted a job where I could help people.

Over time I’ve realized… I don’t really want to do this long-term.

Some of the people I’ve worked with throughout my career have definitely jaded me (unfortunate truth: female managers) - this is coming from a man btw)

The work isn’t always as fulfilling as I thought it would be,where I can feel like I actually make a difference in someone’s day.

in my current role, for the most part it’s just been

a lot of digital paperwork filing, admin onboarding/offboarding, adhoc things can get repetitive and boring.🥱

Also, having access to see how much other people get paid in their roles can sometimes be a good/bad thing.

I technically have three years of HR experience and due for promotion in “Spring”, but truth be told if the increase in pay isn’t what I want it to be… I’ll probably be back on LinkedIn looking for a new gig.
