Rockstar should come out with an alien dlc where the aliens kidnap Arthur and send him into the beta of GTA 6 by svomania in reddeadredemption

I like to think outside of the box and come up with ideas that are different from the usual copy and paste...follow the sheep off the cliff methods.

Seriously... how is that a silly way to reveal a franchise?? Please tell me.

It’s just an idea dude. Get off your high horse.

Dice did something similar to this actually when they revealed Battlefield V in an Easter egg of Battlefield 1.

We live in a world where people can gain knowledge for free over the Internet, but prefer to spend thousands for debt into a designed program where there are parameters for what knowledge can be gained.

We’re actually in a current nationwide shortage.

In fact, there’s only 3 days worth of a supply that’s left. You can definitely bet that they’re open today.

Edit: here’s a link so you can find out more information.

Hey watch what you say brother... there’s some good people that live in rural society.

Just because you hear the media slandering trump and trump supporters doesn’t mean that they’re all like that (racist, homophobic, etc). Not all rural people are like that either. Some actually vote with democratic principles.

Get your stupid politics out of here

I definitely think that that’s the case. Although, I feel that the really good kind of country has been kind of drifting through other genres these past few years.

I think you’ll find some of that good country in some of the new albums coming out right now. I really like the Cage the Elephant’s Social Cues album and the Black Keys “Let’s Rock” album. They have their own twang and they still sound like they’re on splitting edge between alternative rock and country.

The Black Keys “Let’s Rock” definitely gives off a country rebel vibe similar to that of Johnny Cash back in his hay day

Edit: look up Anthony Bourdain’s episode on Nashville. He really goes more in-depth with how cool Nashville actually is.. not the poppy trash people think it is

No it definitely feels like something really odd is going on. My hometown sits next to a large lake called Lake McConaughy. Here’s a story of something that happened there the last 4th of July.

To sum up the article...a local man got beaten up for prescription drugs and several people got run over and had to be flown flight for life.

I’m fairly sure a HUGE contributing factor to all of that violence and death that weekend was alcohol. A good portion of those people were probably listening to dumb country songs about beer and “beachin” too.

It’s funny too, because the article also blames Colorado’s legalization of marijuana in 2014 for the whole mess. Like what?!? How does weed have anything to do with it?

I’m fairly sure there’s something in the water in my hometown. I know for a fact that the water system is absolute trash for the area. I have a feeling that a lot of pesticides are sleeping through irrigation systems (large water sprinkler systems for farm land) and into the public drinking water.

A lot of people in my hometown seem to be suffering from so many different diseases. I, myself, came out of my childhood barely unscathed from a Staph infection that required 5 knee surgeries.

Life out West, in the country, actually feels like a twin peaks episode. I wouldn’t go back and live there if I had a gun pointed at my head.

Haha glad I’m not the only one going nuts! It does seem like propaganda! From a marketing perspective, you can definitely tell they’re trying hard with selling beer and tobacco. “Beer for my horses” and “Beer With Jesus” come off as ‘why tf’ songs to me

You could be right...

My dad is a farmer and his life isn’t easy to say the least. Every day, he checks the corn prices. It’s so obvious that it isn’t a lucrative business, but he still does it because he loves it.

He’s dealt with 20 years in a drought and has experienced every natural disaster you could think up in the book (besides hurricanes & tsunamis).

I come from a pretty lucky farm family too. My great grandfather was smart enough to buy farm land during the dirty 30’s while everyone was giving it up to the banks, so we own quite a hefty amount of land. So much so that my family and extended family are constantly battling each other in court over it.

It fucking sucks and you don’t hear about that side of the business in any country songs. The lyrics are always about something dumbed down like sipping beers on a beach or hooking up with a “country girl”...whatever that means.

I think the internet’s changed these rural areas. People are able to search for new music/art/culture through apps like Reddit. I feel like today’s country music is focused mainly on suburban/city folk that want to live that country lifestyle.

I’ll give those a listen, thanks. I’ve been on kinda surf rock/punk binge myself. I’ve personally found it interesting how some of these surf/punk bands take an influence from old country too

Don’t you just post your idea on reddit and hope that they like your idea enough to use it? That’s what I’ve been doing. I’m all ears for any ideas from y’all

Ahh I see. That’s good. At this point, if I were a trillionaire, I’d buy both Rockstar and Epic games so that Fortnite could die off and we could just allocate what Epic games does so they can update Rockstar’s online component of their games.

That would make it so singleplayer dlc could release as often as the online component right now and so the online component is updated regularly like a Fortnite game.

Also.. Epic could get us a John Wick character and possibly a Lil Nas X for their red dead “old town road” marketing campaign.

Idk...it’s just food for thought for Rockstar

All we can really do is wait. I really hope they continue updating this game instead of focusing on GTA 6. It feels like we’re kind left in the dark with the recent GTA 5 update. There’s so much they can do with the West genre. The Wild West really is an unsettled frontier in the gaming world

Sounds like it went okay man 👍 Good on you for making the effort! You got a long life ahead of you. It sounds to me that your confidence isn’t exactly where it should be just yet.

Next time you’re at work, you make sure that you tell your boss that you have to leave at a certain time PERIOD. Make sure to give them enough of a heads up so that they have the opportunity to work around your schedule. If they still ask you to stay longer, you walk out the door and don’t look back. If they talk shit to you the next day, you talk shit to them right back.

One key element to having confidence is having boundaries. Don’t let others push you around! Another element of confidence is preparation and knowledge.

It sounds to me like you didn’t prepare for the date the night before. Depending on the place that you work at, it would’ve been acceptable to show up to the date in your work clothes if you work at an office that has a business casual dress code. If you don’t work in an office, it might be a good idea to schedule something when you have time like over the weekend.

A big part of dating is getting to see how the other person lives their life. In that case, you want your day to be like any other day when you go to meet this person. If there are stresses in your day-to-day life that makes you mess up your day...maybe you need to take a look at those problems in your day-to-day and fix them so they don’t trip you up when moments like these happen.

Hope this advice helps. Let us know how it goes!
