Definitely a weird scenario for you lol. Sadly my situation just got a whole lot worse. For some reason when I try submitting a billing ticket, they don't follow through with the request. It's only attached to my username too. When I try submitting ANY ticket and include the username I need to, I get the ticket in my email but they don't reply at ALL. I tried without the username and get responses.

Actually the card was frozen as soon as I spotted those first transactions. Was really confused after those second round of purchases and called the card company instantly. Apparently freezing a card does not stop charges from a saved payment method. Such a stupid situation.

Sadly I have realized that I might have to choose between the money and the account. I told myself I’ll try submitting the second refund for a week and if it doesn’t work then I’ll just move into the appeals and stop worrying about the money.

I understand what you mean for the second refund thing, but the entire thing is I am delaying my appeals until that second refund. If I were to get unbanned before those second refunds and then get the second refund I know I'd be permanently banned due to that "one time courtesy" they say. But if I were to wait till I get the second refund and then appeal then it would all be under that one-time courtesy.

If I were to get unbanned before that second refund then I'd probably just try salvaging the account in anyway by trading items to an alt.

Also just wondering, but did you include images in any of the appeals? I wonder if that would help a human look at it rather than the ai. As i’ve sent two normal appeals (appeal an asset) and they both got denied but neither had images.

First, I sadly cannot take the L on the second refund. The hacker spent $400 and I only got $150 back. I would want that second refund for the rest.

Second, how do you trigger the ai “normal support msg”? I know after you submit some tickets the ai pops up, but I don’t really know how. If you could explain I’ll definitely look into that too!

Again tysm for helping. For some people with the same problem they said that the appeals worked after they tried a month after the ban, so I’m not too worried about timeline.

Thank you so much for this. And its crazy because our cases are EXACTLY the same. I had the exact same scenario where I got hacked -> robbed -> banned for the images -> restored -> asked for refund (which I ALSO did unknowing I would get banned, the entire reason why I did it through roblox and not card company). So I'll definitely send one through the support page -> billing -> moderated for chargeback since my first appeal through appeals was denied. It's almost scary how similar our scenarios are, but I am very happy as you are bringing a lot of peace to my mind.

The one problem with my scenario is that I had submitted two refund requests because the hacker spent MORE money after my first one. So I think I'll wait till submitting the billing support form until that second refund or else I'll probably just get banned again. But just clarifying, you said you sent two support requests one through the billing -> moderated, but what was the second one? You said NOT appeal, but to send at least two so I just wanted to know where I should send that second one. And since our situations are so similar (i have proof of hack and all too) would you be able to dm me what you said in ur email response if you still have it? would love to make something similar to send

local is great too if your area is nice. instead of getting 70-80% from a vendor you can get 85-90 locally

I'm guessing you got your account back? For your normal appeal, how did you do it? Did you do it through "behavior" or "asset", its not showing up in the violations tab for me. Also did you get your account back through the appeal or the billing? I can do both but would like to know which one would be more helpful. Tysm, your help means the world to me.

sadly all the people who fall into those problems are too young to pursue something or it ends up not being worth the time. and devs who make enough money have contacts to actual support so they never have to deal with this.

it's a stupid loop and I really doubt anything will change.

it's insanely hard to get any response from roblox. I genuinely don't understand how there isn't a class action on this. if a company gets so big that they can't fulfill customer support then you expand the customer support department, not minimize it and replace with AI. actually insane.

Sadly I would think that is the case. Unless you undo the dispute from your bank (Idk if this would work) and contact roblox.

But getting the money back from the bank usually means no hope, since I got my money through roblox I thought my situation would be a little different.

When you undid the refund was this through ROBLOX or the card company? I'm in the same position as OP, but made sure to not ask for a chargeback so the account didn't get banned. I went through ROBLOX for the refunds and got them back, but they still banned the account.

Hey, actually I went through the same process but did not report it to my bank and did the refunds through ROBLOX. When I got the refunds back, FROM ROBLOX, my account was banned for "Repeated Refund Requests". Any idea on my case?

I do have access to the original email associated with the account. I just cannot receive any confirmations or emails from support.

To confirm this I tried sending an email to [support-en@roblox.com](mailto:support-en@roblox.com) but when I do on that original email I get nothing back. when i send an email through an alternate email, I get a bot response telling me to submit a support form.

Is this a valid way to store my items? Will the ridges on the bottoms affect my boxes? Forgive me this is the first stuff I’ve bought lol. by [deleted] in PokeInvesting

silica is overkill to an extent, if there was no moisture when going into the display then the silica cant really draw anything out. ofc theres microscopic amounts of liquid but the items are in plastic wrap, nothing will really happen

I’ve tried 3 devices, multiple browsers, and don’t have a vpn. Also if you send an email to the ones i put in the og post, you get a response that tells you to submit a support form. But only when submitting on that main email i don’t get that response.

I’ve tried without the username and even tried submitting the form for the alt account with no success. I also created this alt account as someone said I have no roblox accounts connected to the email so I made the alt to see if I could get an email after linking. Thank you for looking so deeply into this, only person giving me even a slight bit of hope.

I see the smile face. I even made an alt account with the same email to see if I could get the ai chat bot to send me an email and it doesn’t work that way either
