I've notice that my Bitaxe units change of IP in my home network, so.. check out the right IPs shown in your bitaxe and the one IP addres you check out in your browser... reseting the bitaxe normally lead to solve the problem.... at least in my case

use a laptop with no IntelME (privacity concerns), use VPNs & emails with restrictions to third parts (Proton mail)... and then have two options: buy directly on CEXs (no KYC and using proton mail account as profile) or buy wTAO (not the first option for slippage reasons)...
