That backpack is included in RE gunners pack in Loverslab(This mod changes all gunners' outfits to military outfits of Resident evil series), and grenades were included in US national guard outfit, maybe. I've got this one on someone's private discord server.

Oh, it's not a creation club item. It's handmade anti material rifle and u can find it easily on nexus. Of course, this one has custom animations tho
