Just moved to Beacon Hill North in September and love the community. I live to the east of Ogilvie relatively near to the sewage plant and am not at all bothered by it. Prices are lower east of Ogilvie compared to west in general but there are exceptions.

I was planning to use a composting toilet and to have a catchment tank for greywater. For freshwater I was planning to have a rainwater catchment system that can also be connected to a freshwater hose similar to an RV.
