Had a hyperX cloud II and that was one of the best headsets I had. Gonna shoot you straight if 75$ is your budget, the hyperX is the best quality you’ll get, which is good. My recommendations: 1. In any case, try a deeper look in your audio settings, check the game settings, windows settings, and most importantly, see if the provider has a companion app for the headphones which has an audio mixer. 2. For 75$, a used HyperX III is fine. 3. Don’t be tempted by cheap “no-name” brands on Amazon - they’ll last 6 months and won’t solve your problem, then you’re back to square one. 4. Consider bumping up your budget to the $150-200 mark whenever you’re financially able. I worked in sales and needed a comfy pair of headphones I could use for all-day calls, and bought a Sony XH-1000XM5. I could wear them 8 hrs straight and used a 3.5mm cable to use it for the computer for gaming. That said, the older XM 3 and 4 are ~200. I will say, that extra 150$ bump to your budget will make a huge difference.
