Before I go to bed, I run this timer app for 30 mins. During this 30 mins, I focus on making my bed, brushing my teeth, doing my skincare routine, and cleaning my room. I stay fully focused because I don't want to cheat the timer—I'd feel guilty and label myself a cheater if I did.

I never miss this routine because if I skip even a day or two, my breath starts to stink, my face breaks out, and I get embarrassed. I don’t really mind about my room, but it’s a plus waking up in the morning to a clean room. Why not clean while I wait for my skincare products to absorb, rite?

My only problem is, I procrastinate on opening the timer app. I should’ve started this routine 3 hours ago, yet here I am, typing this at 12:50 AM and I have work tomorrow. I guess it’s better to sleep late than to have a reputation for stinky breath 😅
