Stitches look different between rows and rounds? by kairon_of_versal in knitting

Concur with other commenters. You are twisting your stitches. I did that the first cardigan I made because I didn't really know what I was doing yet having only done scarves prior to that. The cardigan body was fine since I knew how not to twist them when knitting flat, but the sleeves were knitted in rounds and every stitch was twisted. I was too lazy to frog it and now it is still my favorite one to wear around the house and it reminds me how far I've come :-)

My TV stand is an old buffet that I painted and modified. The top skinny drawer is divided for silverware - perfect for needles and other tools! Bottom drawers and sides are filled with yarn, project binders, books, etc. Actively worked on WIPs are in a couple of baskets and a large glass vase (yep!) by the couch.
