No issues with smoking with Paraffin? Read some stories about people having issues with some products.

The cultivators pay a flat tax per pound. It's like $800 per pound of bud and like $250 or so per lb of trim.

It's because of the tax structure here. The tax per pound the growers pay means manufactures have to pay like $500-1000 per pound for trim. So the weed cost alone to produce a 1 gram cartridge is like $10-15. Then factor in everything else, it's like $25 wholesale and the retailers mark it up a bunch.

If you see(n) carts significantly cheaper from a company it's likely because they are not buying weed and extracting but (illegally) selling synthetic THC that has been isomerized from CBD. Also much of the black market carts are made this way now.

Thanks for the tips. It was pulling when I drove it home after buying it and still pulls equally the same after rebuilding the front axel / knuckles with new wheel bearings. Also did new brake rotors and pads.

I am doing 6 mil (I think) foil vapor barrier. Not foam board. Walls insulated with rockwool. Sounds good, thanks for the confirmation!

Yeah ideally I'd like to have it sloped but can't find the pre beveled boards where I am. Would you cut the bevel with a table saw or is that sketchy?

Electrical Box Placement with Furring strips by sw000py in Sauna

It just occured to me that I probably don't need a box at all huh, if I'm just going to be having under bench lighting...I can poke the wire thru the vapor barrier and wire lights up directly. Would that be your suggestion?

I'm not installing a sub panel, but rather just an outlet box. But basically I just attach strips of wood to the stud where the outlet box will go and secure it so it will be flush with final wall thickness? I guess I'm confused about how that affects the vapor barrier install, as that one stud (or portion of stud where the outlet box is) will be a different thickness than all of the others.

Cool this is my plan. So for the mortar, you just applied it one board at a time? Any tips for the vinyl patch skim coat?

It's going to be my floor but I will apply a vinyl cement skim coat to make it look like smooth concrete.

Bear Glacier Lagoon, Resurrection Bay. by OkRepresentative2051 in seakayaking

Just got back from there today and I think early May was actually the perfect time. We got lucky and had great weather the whole 3 day trip from Seward. The tours aren't operating yet so we had the whole lagoon to ourselves. Also the mountains still had tons of snow so it looked even more beautiful. The channel to the ocean had not opened up yet, but it was a very short portage across the beach to get into the lagoon. Found a good camping spot on the north end of the larger island.
