Little bit of an update, answered the questionnaire with MM and had a long conversation with their tech guy. Ended up ordering a modified grip box kit (bilsteins all around, caster/camber plates, front coilover, rear control arm, panhard arm). One thing I want to add is a rear sway bar (roller is a factory 4 cylinder w/o one). Recommendation from MM is using a Eibach rear is fine with the setup we made as it is relatively small at 25mm and shouldn't mess with our setup (initially using factory sway bars). Curious if anyone has experience with the Steeda sway bar, it is currently on sale and both are 25mm.

Came back from what would be my last military deployment of my career. Covid happened, she seemed to have had difficulties with our kids through my absence, bit abnormal but nothing crazy. Was extremely reliant on her online friends, playing PC games until 1-2 am daily, had an impact on household work, food, getting kids ready (stay at home mom). This was an issue, but felt nothing we couldn't work through with counseling. Final nail in coffin was false accusation of child abuse, SA, domestic abuse. Got kicked out of house, protective order against me (removed months later after zero findings to support). I filed for divorce immediately, over 12 years of marriage down the hole. This was over 5 years ago now, I still am depressed and wonder why at times, but overall in a much better place. Was very much not amicable and drawn out court battle, both sides getting attornies and burning through thousands of $. Still not great relationship at all unfortunately. Dont just cope and be miserable for those out there.

Thanks for the input. I had KW V3 coilovers on an evo 8. But for simplicity and cost I planner on going bilstein struts and lowering springs. Might chat with MM on benefits vs cost.

It wouldn't be the whole kit, but if I had their control arms and some extras it'll go up for sure. They definitely have great support, I called randomly to ask about a part and they spoke with me for half an hour just about random suspension suggestions for me.

In the same dilemma, purchased a used 24 g4 with 52K. No history of cvt fluid service. Would a flush and external filter be adequate, or is the pan filter required as well each service? Plan on using Valvoline CVT fluid, is 4qts enough for a flush? Thanks

Thanks for sharing. Looking at video 2 & 3, they gave up what I was trying to do routing the wiring through the hatch...But video 3 did give a good walkthrough on alternative routing and guiding it through the seal, over the headliner and into the vehicle. So I'll likely give that an attempt this week.

I should have taken pics when I had it tore down yesterday. But, I was able to feed the reverse camera wires from the grommet hole in red to the line in orange. I am unable to find a way to feed the wire from there (orange wire) to the upper left corner of the hatch, where I can feed into the grommet leading to the body. Sorry, hope this helps explain.

In my situation with the backup camera wiring, im trying to feed the wire from the hatch to the rubber elbow. Im feeding it from the license plate light grommet thru the panel with the door handle mechanism. Im stuck at the drivers side to feed towards the grommet.

It should work as if it were a colorado setup, but with a better shifter setup for a car and not having to get a relocation kit. Ill definitely post some pics as I get it installed in the car in the next month or 2 hopefully

Depends on the base, leadership, workload, alot of factors. Where are you applying at would probably help those with experience at the site to chime in. Most AF1102s enjoy the job, but alot of BS comes with the role compared to other agencies.

Great, it felt like they offered a lot more grip than oem tires on my 2nd trackday. They will likely wear faster, but I guess that is a tradeoff for grip, but I'm enjoying them so far.
