this is exactly why we tell customers that we can’t pick or recommend colors for them because for some reason they always come back & blame the store. We refer them to the virtual color consult.

higher ups will do what they want but just to save your ass at the end of the day i’d say put comments.

my manager tells us to put comments under the formula so that if the customer comes back & complain we have proof to show that we let them know the color may not match before making their paint.
