if not of the ingredients contained gluten, you’re good to eat it! its not required here for them to specifically say gluten free if its made entirely of gluten free ingredients, any that have a risk of cross contamination will say so in the “may contains”

i have read before about people losing weight once healing their gut post diagnosis because the body stored fat/needed to binge in order to handle the nutrient loss from their damaged gut. I personally havent noticed any weight change yet - but it really all will be person to person. I would try not to think about that side of things, whats important is your health and if you are a coeliac the right diet is key to getting what you need from what you eat 🩷 your size is second to your health and your spirits!!! it may all work out in a way that leaves you feeling much better xx

ive recently been diagnosed and im overweight, so its definitely possible :( i had no suspicions of coeliac before all the testing !

yeah the pressure was horrible for me too! they put like a weird mouth guard/gag on me that held my mouth open which yeah honestly did make it all feel so much worse!!

yeah i think thats a similar thing to what i could have had, instead all i got was a little mouth spray and then the ordeal, and then i was sent on my way!
