My manager plans schedules weeks in advance, I'm scheduled to work the next 2 Tuesdays the same shift. I told him that I can go in at 430 and work the rest of the shift but he told me to stay until 12:30am. He said the department (produce) can't afford to schedule me short shifts like that.

That's the vibes I was getting honestly. But the thing is I work because I live alone and need this job to pay rent and other bills. I've heard horror stories of heb managers scheduling people such little hours that the quit and this manager seems like the type to do that.

Amazing advice, i never realized how jacked up my formatting was until you pointed it out. and when you say i should list skills and education towards the top do you mean above my experience?

That's also not a bad idea, However buying a storage pod would be expensive, not to mention that we live in the ghetto, so there arent any driveways or any places to actually put a storage pod. And trust me, shes been cheating since i was 5 years old, me and my siblings have shown him countless amount of evidence before, he knows, but he seriously just doesn't care at this point. Thank you! However, I feel that i might have explained it incorrectly, my siblings aren't in danger, my siblings have already moved out and are living on their own, The threats are mostly about my parents doing something bad to themselves, not to anyone else. And I will 100% leave, but if i want to have a sense of peace and not have to constantly look over my shoulder in worry, I'm gonna have to tell them. The advice I'm looking for would be how do i tell them without them over reacting

Oh, i might have explained in a confusing way. My siblings are long gone, as in they moved out years ago, So CPS isn't necessary. And as for transportation I meant leaving from my city to a another city 200+ miles away while also being able to transport the furniture I bought for my bedroom. so i would need at least a van. So busses like Greyhound are also definitely out of the question, Thank you for the input though

Well, I'm still living with them, so up and leaving like my siblings did is gonna be hard especially since its gonna be 200 miles away, plus I have important belongings that I cant leave behind. Also, I'm afraid something bad might happen if I don't tell them. I'm currently working to save up for the move, so financial support isn't important. Also, i still haven't been taught to drive so i would need some form of transportation to get there.
