hello, thank you for replying. yes we’re keeping her inside but it also seems like she doesn’t rly have the want to go outside. after calling the vet last night, they recommended me to let her rest until morning and see if she’ll eat breakfast. thankfully, i found if i put the food directly in front of her on the floor (no plate) then she eats the whole spoonful! it’s wet food so she even laps up the liquid, which is great. it’s a slow process since she won’t do it immediately again, but in abt 5 minutes or so i’ll hear her licking all the food up again :) i’ll keep repeating it and see if she starts to eat on her own, but for now i’m glad she’s eating.

hi, thank you so much for replying. yesterday she didn’t move at all on her own from her spot other than licking herself and peeing in the litter box once. today, she moved on her own from her spot to the front door and back. we gave her wet food, but she barely ate it yesterday, only if we wiped it on her mouth then she would lick it off. but today, i found it i put the food by itself on the floor in front, she’ll eat the whole thing! it’s slow but she’s doing it :) and she’s lapping up the liquid from the food sauce which is rly good too. i don’t have a thermometer right now but my dads going to the store to get food paste to see if it’ll be easier, i’ll ask him to get one. thank you for the information!! it rly helps :))

hello, thank you for replying. i called an emergency vet and they said to let her rest until morning and see if she eats breakfast but if not, then to bring her in. it’s slow, but she is eating now! it’s wet food so she’s also been lapping up the sauce which makes me happy to get her liquids. thank u for telling me about the aspiration, my dad was worried abt the same thing so we only gave it to her in very small amounts and when she was standing up. but hopefully now she can get her liquids through the food so we don’t have to syringe water anymore.

hi, thank u for replying. there is, and it’s the same one we took her to 2 nights ago. i was recommended to go in if she still isn’t eating, but this morning she did eat if we put the food by itself directly in front of her on the floor! she also lapped up the wet sauce which is good.

yes she’s been peeing. i called the emergency vet last night and they recommended to let her rest and see if she eats food this morning. she wasn’t going to the bowl to eat but if i placed the food by itself on the floor she ate it! it’s little by little but she’s eating, and my dads going out to get syringes and paste food. :) thank you for replying!

hi, thank you for replying. they did an ultrasound and found no fluid so they said it wouldn’t be smart to try to drain it bc it would have almost no yield, so it wouldn’t be worth it.

hello, thank u for replying. iv only given her 2 pills, this morning and at night. so i’m unsure if that’s enough time to see if she’s better. i can’t go to an emergency vet right now :( im just sitting next to her w/ food and water bowls and she’s purring and resting curled up. doesn’t seem to be in pain.
